View this as sort of a public service announcement......DO NOT ban players from your server if they are simply better then you or slightly suspicious!
I have been perma banned from 4 servers now for "hacking", my favorites list is shrinking all the time thanks to ban hammer happy admins who haven't a clue! Thank goodness for SP and its anti-cheating team that actually review DEMOS of "hackers" and do not just hit "ban" for the heck of it. Some players just have different playing styles that look like hacking but are not. I for example twitch around when I hear things around me, people view that and think AIMBOT ZOMG BAN! /sigh
I was on the server - Jeepers Gungame | JF Clanserver ( 69.9.47.16:27015) - the other day and got banned for "hacking. I had been playing there on and off for about 3 days now no problem. Tried finding a website for the clan in question to ask them to lift the ban but to no avail. I get a great connection to the server and its 100tic. the players are good competition and they play maps I have never seen before, nice change up for once.
anyhow....just had to rant a bit. sick of being banned for no reason...
